INDEMNITY PERTAINING TO THE USE TRANSPORT HANDLING STORAGE AND FILLING OF COMPRESSED AIR CYLINDERS

I ________________________ hereby indemnify and hold the Alberton Sports Shooting Club, its management, its staff and members harmless against any damages, claims as a result of injury and or damage to my person and or property as a result of the use, transport, handling, storage and filling of any compressed air cylinder.

I am aware of the following acts pertaining to the use, transport, handling, maintenance, storage and filling of a compressed air cylinder.
